The Don’t Skip Out campaign is aimed at adults 18-64 years old and focuses on the importance of making physical activity a priority – despite how busy life gets. This postcard was developed to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity and encourage adults to get active. The front of the postcard includes information about the benefits of being physically active and the back includes quick and simple tips for integrating physical activity into our daily lives.
How to use this tool:
- Stuff it: The postcard is a great addition to information packages or swag bags.
- Distribute it: Hand them out to your audience and ask them to post one on a bulletin board in a local recreation centre, school, or town hall.
