The Active Pregnancy resource encourages physical activity during pregnancy and provides guidelines to ensure pregnant women are exercising safely. It includes sample poses and information on stretching, aerobic conditioning, and muscle conditioning.
How to use this tool:
- Post it: Post it in the area where physical activity programs take place or where pregnant women visit.
- Distribute it: Hand out copies to your stakeholders or program attendees and encourage them to use it at home.
