12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST
In this Public Health Ontario (PHO) Grand Rounds session, Dr. John Cairney will discuss the background, context, and process for the creation of an innovative new early childhood developmental surveillance tool for Ontarians. The presentation will explore how the need for such a tool was established, as well as the process involved in working collaboratively across sectors to realize this initiative. Additionally, this session will examine the potential impact of the tool on early childhood development and public health practices. This work is part of the provincial Special Needs Strategy goal for greater support for developmental awareness and earlier identification of developmental delays in children and youth in Ontario.
Registration has been set-up through Eventbrite. For more information, and to register, go to the PHO Evenbrite webpage.
